Sr. Vice President of Operations and Training

Since graduating from Purdue in 1992, Ralph Rohloff has spent a lifetime dedicated to supporting the Space Program.  From his early years with Unisys as a Software Test Engineer and Flight Integration Lead to 14-years with United Space Alliance as Director of System Engineering Technology and Services, Ralph has displayed a propensity for problem solving.

This talent catapulted him to his dual roles as Program Manager for Aerodyne Industries and Director of Command & Control Systems on the Test Operations and Support Contract (TOSC) and at Kennedy Space Center. From 2013 through the successful transition of NASA’s Consolidated Operations, Management, Engineering and Test (COMET) contract in 2023, Ralph led an award-winning team at KSC.  In 2017 and 2019, Aerodyne Industries was selected the Center-level Small Business Subcontractor of the Year at KSC.

In 2023, Ralph was promoted to Sr. Vice President of Operations and Training for Aerodyne Industries. A multi-faceted role that will strengthen the organization’s leadership capabilities and infrastructure as it continues to grow across the nation.

A Lean Six Sigma master Black Belt and certified Project Management Professional with an MBA from the University of Houston, Ralph received NASA’s Outstanding Public Leadership Medal in 2015 for consolidating Information Technology with the speed and innovation necessary to support multiple vehicle integration at KSC.

In 2019, he was bestowed one of the highest honors in aerospace when he was inducted into the National Space Club’s Space Worker Hall of Fame.
