Jacob Chancery, a Test Engineer (Test Lab) for the Engineering Services and Science Capability Augmentation (ESSCA) Contract located at NASA’s Marshall Space Flight Center, led a team of high school students at the 42nd Annual Alabama Technology Student Association (TSA) State Competition in Montgomery, AL on April 11-13, 2022.

“The Madison County Career Technical Center competed in the TSA state competition with the help of Jacobs Exploration, The Optimist Club, Aerodyne and individual donors,” said Jacob.

“Students were able to compete in CAD, Video Game Design, Flight Endurance, Dragster, and Promotional Design.” Jacob has previously mentored these students and their TSA Team, and was happy to watch their hard work pay off at the competition.

His students, which placed in Promotional Design (John Michael Romine), Video Game Design (Kody Lohrman and Brodie Hill) and CAD (John Hill), were sporting some nice t-shirts with the Aerodyne logo.

“Thank you so much for your help and support,” said Jacob!
