Aerodyne Industries CEO Andy Allen accepted the Small Business Subcontractor of the Year Award at the 2020 KSC Honor Awards Ceremony held virtually on Friday, July 9, 2020.
The award is “for outstanding subcontracting services to Kennedy Space Center and significant contributions to the Agency’s Small Business Program under the Test and Operations Support Contract.”
This is the second time in three years Aerodyne has been honored with this prestigious award at KSC. In 2014, Aerodyne received similar recognition from NASA at the Marshall Space Flight Center in Huntsville.
TOSC provides overall management and implementation of ground systems capabilities, flight hardware processing and launch operations at KSC. These tasks support the International Space Station, Exploration Ground Systems, the Space Launch System, Orion Multi-Purpose Crew Vehicle and Launch Services programs.
