
PATTY STOLL
Sr. Vice President and Regional Director
A performance-driven Executive and Marine Corps veteran with decades of expertise in the Aerospace and Defense industries, Patty has led cross-functional teams in the end-to-end design, manufacturing, certification, delivery, and support of custom space products and engineered solutions.
She joined Aerodyne Industries as Sr. Vice President and Regional Director on November 4, 2024. In this role, she strengthens the organization’s leadership capabilities and infrastructure throughout the southwest region.
In addition to her corporate leadership responsibilities, Patty is actively engaged in civilian economic and workforce development initiatives. She serves on the Board of Directors for the Bay Area Houston Economic Partnership, providing strategic oversight and governance in support of regional economic development across Southeast Texas. Through this role, she contributes to initiatives focused on industry growth, workforce development, and long-term regional competitiveness by collaborating with business, government, education, and community leaders. She is also active with local high schools, sharing her career journey and experiences as a woman in STEM to inspire the next generation.
Alongside her civilian leadership, Patty maintains deep ties to military service and military-affiliated organizations. A Marine Corps veteran, she has received numerous commendations, including the Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal, Sea Service Deployment Ribbon, and the Humanitarian Service Medal as a member of the U.S. Marine Expeditionary Unit deployed in the Persian Gulf to provide humanitarian relief.
Patty is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering in 1996, and she later earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Indiana Wesleyan University in 2005. As a United States Naval Academy alumna and former Blue & Gold Officer, she continues to guide prospective candidates through the academy admissions process.
In addition, Patty serves on the Board of Directors for the U.S. Naval Academy Alumni Association & Foundation, Gulf Coast Chapter, supporting outreach, mentorship, and STEM engagement initiatives that connect Houston-area students—particularly those from underserved communities—with opportunities to pursue education at the U.S. Naval Academy. Through this work, she collaborates with fellow alumni to advance leadership development, community service, and support for veterans and future Midshipmen.
